The room, the staff(Editha, Norman.. many more didnt get the names from the reception to the housekeeping), the cleanliness everything was really really great! I loved the generosity when it comes to the room, the tea, coffee, water bottles, toiletries everything was available for the whole stay i didnt need to ask for anything and the free pressing of two pieces was amazing, I was there to attend a wedding and this facility helped me alot and saved my time ans money.

We liked every moment since and even before check-in 1. We were greeted and immediately helped to lift the bags 2. We were offered complimentary drinks while checking-in, which helped a lot with the heat 3. The hotel has its own private beach with the tunnel road. Staff helps you even there, setting umbrellas and so on 4. You get your 24/7 personal butler that helps you with everything you need. E.g we asked him to help to connect to the bluetooth speaker that we also had in our room 5. When cleaning the room, cleaners put drinking water bottles all over the room, so you can find it anytime you feel thirsty 6. The breakfasts are very tasty. Everyday you can order one meal from the list, that will be cooked specially for you + lots of delicious food served on the tables, e.g salmon

We are always greeted exceptionally well at the St Regis and check in is super comfortable. I’m convinced breakfast is the best in Abu Dhabi (it must be if they’ve extended it to 3PM on a Sunday- what an amazing idea) The rooms are always clean and comfortable so comfortable that I’m going to buy a st Regis bed 🤣

The BREAKFAST was AMAZING!! with so many varieties of tasty food, and the service was excellent. Super clean and spacious rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Very beautiful BEACH and POOL :) And the location is great, close to the Palace (Qasr Alwatan), and other places.

The general staff were welcoming and very caring overall, managers were amazing.Reception staff were ok. location was perfect, the beach was nice and clean. Our bed and pillows are probably the most comfortable ive ever slept on. Food selection at breakfast was excellent. Spa was not bad

Yyah from guest relations went above and beyond. She was amazing and made a big difference to our stay :) The breakfast is incredible, rooms so luxurious and comfortable and the pool is great to spend a day at (Victor at the beach club is awesome) A gorgeous hotel to spend a few nights at.

Staff and service have exceeded any potential expectations. The level of attention is beyond what I have ever experienced. The hotel is gorgeous, the interior is a miracle. The beach is beautiful and it is extremely comfortable, you have service of great food and drinks with the click of a button and within a minute. The 'underground' to the beach is full marble with amazing smell and it is a pleasure to walk. This is a big advantage vs other similar 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi and we looked into quite a few ones. The butler service is phenomenal, and everyone is extremely kind, and genuinely kind. You get some gift surprise almost every day, a fruit plate, a chocolate plate... All foods have been exceptional. Location is perfect. Really, hard to describe, it's been so spectacular, we can't wait to return, we definitely have been convinced. Thank you St Regis for the unforgettable week

A perfect compromise for a first visit: excellent service, the usual opulent, marble-everywhere luxury and a great location. The St. Regis is central enough to allow you to explore with ease and yet on the beach - for a lazy break in the afternoon. Are there more beautiful beaches in Abu Dhabi? Definitely. Are some other hotels fancier/edgier/cooler? Of course. But here you get a bit of everything, plus friendly and competent service. The restaurant on the beach, Catch, is an easy recommendation too.

The comfort of the bed is unmatched in my travel experience so far . Fantastic breakfast spread . Especially the Sunday brunch . The butler assigned to each room enhances this hotel to above every other chain I know of . During our stay we had 4 pieces of ironing free per day . The beach is beautiful white sand , with low set loungers which is better for small babies to crawl on and off safely . The pool is the best pool I have experienced anywhere. Housekeeping are fantastic. Hardworking poolside staff. This is a haven - a bubble in Abu Dhabi to make you feel well rested and relaxed.
